Why does my product vary from the picture?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, due to the handmade nature of our products, please make it aware that each product will be unique and slightly different from each other (even you purchase two exact same items).
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we are required by the state/local government to collect sales taxes for Texas residents. Sales tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.
Can I opt-out of your mailing list?
Yes. We are sorry to see you go. It’s not the same without you. If you ever change your mind, we’ll always be here. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line opt-out to unsubscribe.

Do you offer free shipping?
While we don’t offer free shipping at this time, we do our best to offer you fast, affordable options. Pickup is always free if you would like to save on shipping charges. Please subscribe to our email newsletters and be on the look out for our latest news and special offers!

Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to the contiguous U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship products outside of the United States. However, if you really like to send your gift overseas, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Which shipping carriers do you use and do you provide tracking number?
We offer first class and priority service via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive tracking number in a confirmation email as soon as we print a label so that you can track your package.
What is your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are based on shipping address and weight/size of the order. Our available shipping options and your exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
How soon can my order be shipped?
Ready to ship items on our catalog will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom items are made especially for you. We will do our best to make sure that each item is created with exquisite love and care and that takes time. Therefore, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your item to ship.
How long it takes to receive my orders?
Orders are shipped M-F, via USPS which generally arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
What if I make a mistake on the shipping address?
Please ensure to provide the correct shipping address at check out. Any returned packages due to incorrect information given will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, but please create a new order for each different address.
What if USPS tracking system says my package has been delivered but I still haven’t receive it?
Please contact USPS with the tracking number provided.
All products ordered from us are individually hand-crafted with 100% love! Much of our business is custom work, and therefore cannot accept returns or process cancellations on orders that are into production except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be happy and we’ll work hard to satisfy all requests.
