Why shop with Sweet Memories?
Our products and gift sets are designed with various interests in mind, each item to be individual and creative, a rare commodity not often found in large marketplace!
Why does my product vary from the picture?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, due to the handmade nature of our products, please make it aware that each product will be unique and slightly different from each other (even you purchase two exact same items).
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we are required by the state/local government to collect sales taxes for Texas residents. Sales tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.
Can I opt-out of your mailing list?
Yes. We are sorry to see you go. It’s not the same without you. If you ever change your mind, we’ll always be here. Please send an email to info@sweetmemoriesgiftshop.com with subject line opt-out to unsubscribe.
Return Policy
All products ordered from us are individually hand-crafted with 100% love! Much of our business is custom work, and therefore cannot accept returns or process cancellations on orders that are into production except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be happy and we’ll work hard to satisfy all requests. If for some reasons the item that you purchased from us doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to do our best to find a solution.
